If you are looking for an outdoor activity, in a group, in a good mood, to maintain your fitness, improve your quality of life and have fun, then come and try rowing for health on Friday mornings!

 

Whether you are active, retired, diminished by age, sedentary lifestyle, illness, disability or simply in rehabilitation, come and discover the virtues of rowing to regain your balance.

We invite you to meet every Friday morning for a health and well-being rowing session on the lake of Causse!
